1 General Terms & Conditions

By accessing takabd.co ("takabd", "we", "us") or using any of our services, you automatically agree to these Terms & Conditions. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between takabd and the member.

Our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy form part of these Terms & Conditions. Together, these three documents make up the complete membership agreement. takabd reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, and changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform.

2 Account Registration & Membership

To become a takabd member, you must complete registration with accurate and complete information. If any information provided at registration is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete, takabd reserves the right to close the account at any time.

• Each person may only open one account — having multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• You must be 18 years of age or older to register.
• The member's name, address, and identity details must be accurate and genuine.
• Your account password must not be shared with anyone.
• takabd may request identity documents or other supporting materials for account verification at any time.
• Transferring or selling your account to a third party is strictly prohibited.

Withdrawal options may be limited until your KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is complete. By registering with takabd, you agree to participate in the KYC process.

3 Deposit & Payment Policy

Takabd currently accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is BDT 200. Funds are typically credited to your account within 3 to 10 minutes after a deposit is made.

• The minimum deposit is BDT 200 and the maximum limit is determined by your account tier and verification status.
• There are no additional charges on deposits — the full amount you send will be credited to your account.
• takabd is not liable for delays caused by technical issues on the part of the payment gateway.
• Once a deposit has been completed, it cannot be reversed.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted — the payment method owner and the takabd account holder must be the same person.

4 Withdrawal Policy

To withdraw from takabd, your account must have a sufficient balance and your KYC verification must be complete. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• If suspicious activity is detected, withdrawals may be suspended pending verification.
• Additional documentation may be required for withdrawals above a certain amount.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

• Balances in accounts closed due to rule violations may be forfeited.
